By accessing and using the services offered by Inkstinct NYC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before using our website or booking our services.

User Conduct Rules

When using our services and interacting with our platform, users must:

• Be at least 18 years of age to book or receive tattoo services
• Provide accurate and truthful information when booking appointments
• Treat our staff, artists, and other clients with respect
• Arrive to appointments on time and follow all studio guidelines
• Disclose relevant health information that may affect the tattooing process

Content Ownership

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and artist portfolios, is the property of Inkstinct NYC and/or its artists. Custom tattoo designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of the artist, though clients have the right to wear and display the tattoo on their body.

Liability Limitations

While we strive for excellence in all our work, Inkstinct NYC cannot guarantee specific outcomes for tattoo services. We are not liable for skin reactions, allergies, or complications arising from the normal tattooing process. Clients assume responsibility for following proper aftercare instructions provided by our artists.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Our booking process works as follows:

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking
• The deposit amount will be applied toward the final price of your tattoo
• Appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice for rescheduling
• Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice

Consultations are free, but still require a deposit to reserve the appointment time. This deposit goes toward the final price of your tattoo.

Consultation Process

At Inkstinct NYC, every great tattoo starts with a solid consultation. During the consultation, we will:

• Go over your concept and review any references you bring
• Discuss size, placement, and budget
• Offer guidance on design, style, number of sessions, and time estimates
• Answer all your questions (healing, pain, aftercare, etc.)
• Plan your next steps if you're ready to book

Consultations can be done in person or virtually, depending on the size of the project and your availability. You'll meet with the artist whose style best fits your idea.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
